Your key responsibilities as a Client Business Analyst will include:
Work on creating and updating websites, implementing changes as required.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with client requirements.
Configure and maintain templates for feeds, factsheets, and websites.
Analysing and capturing detailed client requirements through meetings, calls, and emails.
Documenting client requirements to define functionality, data, and design aspects in an agreed format.
Translating client needs into services within the Fund Information Hub and providing consultancy for practical solutions.
Supporting ongoing configuration changes and BAU requests for existing services.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Business Analyst:
You must have 3-6 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst.
You should have a good technical background and understanding of system configurations.
You will have previous experience in requirements capturing, analysis, and documentation.
You must be confident working with external stakeholders and managing client expectations.
You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
