We are looking for an experienced GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join a high-impact AI engineering initiative with Google Cloud.

🔥 What You’ll Do
As a GenAI FDE, you’ll work as an innovator-builder, embedding with strategic customers to turn advanced AI concepts into production-grade solutions.
You will:
• Build and productionize agentic AI applications, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers
• Develop integrations between Gemini-powered CX, Customer Engagement Suite (CES), and Contact Center AI (CCAI) and enterprise infrastructure
• Build RAG pipelines, vector database solutions, and structured/unstructured data pipelines
• Develop evaluation and observability frameworks focused on accuracy, safety, latency, and reliability
• Solve complex API integration, legacy data, security, data-readiness, and state-management challenges
• Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
• Identify recurring implementation challenges and convert them into reusable engineering patterns and product feedback
🛠️ Required Skills
✅ 5+ years of software development experience with Python or similar languages
✅ Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms, preferably GCP
✅ Strong experience with RAG and vector databases
✅ Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions from concept through launch
✅ Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers
✅ Hands-on experience with Google Conversational AI products, including Gemini-powered CX, CES, and CCAI
✅ Strong understanding of enterprise AI architecture and integrations
⭐ Preferred
• Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, or similar agentic frameworks
• Knowledge of multi-agent architectures, ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation
• Experience with LLM-native metrics such as tokens/sec and cost-per-request
• Expertise in state management, tracing, evaluation, and AI observability
