Junior Lead Platform / Solution Engineer
Location: Dublin, Ireland Remote
6 Months contract
Budget : 280€/PD
Role: Design authority and onsite anchor. You will lead architecture decisions, own the integration design between the client's SAP estate and Microsoft Fabric, establish the Power Platform CoE governance framework, and facilitate stakeholder workshops with IT and business leadership.
This is the most strategic role you are the bridge between the client's IT strategy and Sonata's engineering delivery.
Must-have:
· 1-2 years in solution/platform architecture on Microsoft Azure (overall IT experience of 1-2years)
· Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Power Platform governance (DLP, CoE Toolkit, environment strategy)
· SAP integration experience (RFC, OData, BAPIs or Azure integration patterns into SAP)
· Azure AI Services experience — Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, and AI-enriched solution design
· Produced architecture decision records (ADRs) in a client-facing environment
· Comfortable facilitating design workshops and presenting to IT directors and C-suite
· Based in Dublin and able to commit remote for this role
Strong advantage:
· MDM framework design (registry or hub model) — any platform
· Engineering & construction sector experience
· Microsoft certifications: AZ-305, DP-700 or equivalent
