Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team for a flexible, part-time collaboration. If you feel right at home in IT projects and want to have real influence on how they take shape, rather than just ticking off status updates, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Ongoing oversight of IT projects in progress and monitoring their course
Organizational support, including planning, coordination, and keeping work moving at the right pace
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the expected quality
Communicating with clients and coordinating activities with the development team
Spotting risks, blockers, and potential issues early, before they affect delivery
Reporting on project status and maintaining full transparency on both the client and team side
Profile / Requirements
Experience leading or supervising multiple IT projects, particularly platform rebuilds and website projects
Solid understanding of technology and how development teams work. We're not looking for a "pure" PM disconnected from the technical side, but someone who comes from the world of IT projects
Ability to organize team work and run a project from the delivery side
Experience working directly with clients
Independence, maturity, and comfort operating in a flexible working mode
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with both clients and the development team
