Windbridge Concepts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on and technically strong IT Executive to manage our IT Hardware, Software & Infrastructure.
📌 Position: Junior IT Executive
👥 Vacancy: 1
💼 Employment Type: Fixed-Term Employment (FTE)
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Graduate in IT, Computer Science or related field
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years & Fresher can also apply
📍 Location: Santej, Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
💻 Hardware & System Support
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers & IT devices
• Diagnose and repair hardware-related issues
• Hardware maintenance and upgrades
📹 CCTV & Networking
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras and related systems
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers and switches
• Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
🖥️ Software & IT Support
• Installation and configuration of Windows, software and applications
• Troubleshoot OS, application and system-related issues
• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees
• Software updates, backups and basic system security
🔧 Overall IT Support
• Handle day-to-day IT hardware & software requirements
• Repair and maintain IT equipment
• Maintain IT asset records and inventory
• Coordinate with vendors whenever required
• Ensure smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure
🎯 We’re Looking For:
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IT Hardware & Software
• Practical experience in CCTV, Networking, PC/Laptop & Printer support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT issues
