Role Description The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations for a designated team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of supply chain and customer operations activities. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves supervising team members, distributing tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining process adherence. The Team Lead will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, address operational issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring team members, preparing basic reports and metrics, and supporting management in achieving operational targets.

Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process gaps and support continuous improvement.
Prior experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service functions is preferred.
Comfort with using productivity tools and business software; familiarity with reporting and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional approach, reliability, and readiness to work on-site in Noida on a full-time basis.
