SUMMARY:
IT Support - Remote Client Support
POSITION INFO:
Office based and client based. Troubleshooting, Good Fault finding and problem-solving skills. Software Installation and Upgrades. Drafting Quotations. Offer first call resolution to client. Remote Diagnostic, Remote User Mobile Support. Meeting service targets and ability to work under pressure. Device management, good organizational skill - Must be able to plan and prioritize to ensure the most critical problems are attended to first. Familiar with remote applications such as ( TeamViewer, Anydesk, MSP link, VNC) would be advantageous. MS Word, Excel, Outlook. 6 months - 2 years relevant working experience. Matric and technical qualification advantageous. Own vehicle and valid drivers license essential.
