Are you a 1st-year MBA/PGDM student who wants to move beyond classroom learning and gain hands-on experience in product development, project management and entrepreneurship?
PICAT is looking for a motivated Product & Project Lead Intern to help coordinate an early-stage product development initiative.
This is not a conventional internship involving only routine tasks. You will have the opportunity to coordinate a cross-functional student team, convert ideas into actionable plans, track product development and work directly with the founder on strategic decisions.
🔹 What will you work on?
• Convert product ideas into actionable roadmaps
• Break projects into tasks and milestones
• Coordinate developers, content/marketing and other team members
• Track weekly progress and deliverables
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Identify project blockers and coordinate solutions
• Organize weekly team meetings
• Maintain project documentation and trackers
• Prepare weekly progress reports
• Escalate important strategic decisions to the founder
