Job Description – QRT Team Leader
Reporting To: Sub Zone Manager (SZM)
Function: Quick Commerce Operations
Role Purpose
To provide quick operational support to multiple stores and resolve day-to-day challenges related to manpower, picking, packing, riders, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support multiple stores during operational challenges and peak hours.
Manage and resolve picking, packing, and dispatch issues.
Identify rider requirements and coordinate for rider hiring and deployment.
Monitor rider and picker/packer availability and attendance.
Support stores with manpower shortages and operational gaps.
Track order breaches, productivity, and other key operational metrics.
Conduct RCA and ensure timely closure of operational issues.
Coordinate with Store TLs, HR, Recruitment, and Last Mile teams.
Share daily updates and major escalations with the SZM.
Ensure SOP and process adherence across assigned stores.
Required Skills
Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last Mile experience.
Good manpower and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up.
Ability to handle multiple stores.
Good communication and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Experience: 2–4 years in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Warehouse, Retail, or Last Mile Operations.
