Manager- Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities in brief:
Relationship management with clients.
Plan & achieve annual sales target.
New product & customer development.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry/market trends.
Competitors activities tracking.
Projection and fund collection.
Reports to- Head of Sales & Marketing
Desired Attributes:
Qualifications: A full time MBA in Sales & Marketing, (B.Tech in Mechanical will be an added advantage).
Experience:
At least 5+ years of relevant experience preferrable in Manufacturing and B2B organizations- Motors, Gearboxes, Pulleys, Valves, Bearings, Cranes, Forging, Casting, Cutting tools, Railway Component manufacturing, Mining and Constructions equipment.
Key skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
High IT proficiency (ERP)
Worked as a SPOC in client handling.
Well travelled, Smart and Confident.
