About the Role
Woodfrog is hiring Software Engineers with a strong Natural Language Processing (NLP) background for a client building advanced reasoning models for enterprises using Large Language Models (LLMs).
You’ll work across NLP research, reasoning models, foundational models, and production engineering, helping build systems that reason over real-world enterprise problems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine foundational models for enterprise-level reasoning tasks.
Research new NLP and reasoning paradigms and integrate findings into existing systems.
Work with LLMs and advanced reasoning approaches.
Maintain and optimize existing codebases with a focus on clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to model performance and code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project requirements.
Stay current with advances in NLP, LLMs, and AI research.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Proven experience in NLP and LLMs.
Familiarity with different reasoning paradigms and their implementation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
