This is an exciting opportunity to build your accounts payable expertise within a globally recognized financial data and technology business. You will work with international stakeholders, gain exposure to end-to-end accounts payable processes, and contribute to maintaining accurate financial operations. Your key responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Executive will include:
Process, verify, and reconcile invoices accurately to ensure timely vendor payments.
Monitor vendor accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Reconcile processed transactions by reviewing system reports and account balances.
Record and allocate expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centres.
Verify and process employee expense claims and travel-related reimbursements.
Maintain accurate accounting records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal financial controls.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Accounts Payable Executive:
You will have experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, expense management, or a related finance function.
You will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately analyse and reconcile financial information.
You will have good proficiency with computer applications and finance systems, with ERP system experience being advantageous.
You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
You will hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with accounts payable certifications considered beneficial.
