We are seeking a creative and talented Junior 2D Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, possess a strong understanding of design principles, and be eager to contribute fresh ideas to our projects.
Responsibilities:
∙ Collaborate with senior designers to create compelling 2D designs for various event collateral, including invitations, banners, signage, and promotional materials. ∙ Assist in developing visual concepts and design layouts based on project requirements and client preferences.
∙ Use graphic design software to produce high-quality and visually appealing graphics.
∙ Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and materials. ∙ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance event concepts.
∙ Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of designs within specified timelines.
∙ Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continually improve design quality
Qualifications:
∙ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. ∙ Proven experience with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
∙ Strong portfolio showcasing 2D design projects and creative thinking.
∙ Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
∙ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.
∙ Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
∙ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∙ Passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies.
