Logistics Analyst

The Opportunity:
This role is responsible for supporting daily logistics operations, including Distribution Center (DC) operations, MCC shipment coordination, and ocean freight space management. This role will coordinate and execute logistics activities to ensure efficient product flow, timely shipment delivery, optimal ocean space capacity utilization, and compliance with company logistics processes and service requirements.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Plan and coordinate the shipments for the South Latin America (SLA) and APAC Distribution businesses to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Monitor transportation schedules and ensure on-time delivery performance.
Manage carrier bookings, shipment tracking, and freight documentation.
Analyze logistics data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare performance reports.
Support inventory planning and capacity management activities.
Monitor key logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade Business Administration, English Major or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding operations.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft tools and experience with AI tools are preferred.
Knowledge of freight cost management and carrier performance evaluation.
