AI Gigafactory | Intelligent Agentic Systems at Scale | Genpact

Responsibilities:
Role Summary
The individual will be responsible for end-to-end reconciliation activities across private credit portfolios, ensuring accuracy of loan positions, cash balances, accrued income, principal repayments, interest collections, and portfolio accounting records. The role requires strong knowledge of private debt products, fund operations, trade lifecycle management, and exception resolution.
The individual will work closely with Portfolio Management, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Custody Banks, Loan servicers and Fund Administrators to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of assets and cash position across multiple systems and counterparties.

Key Responsibilities
Cash Reconciliation
Perform daily cash reconciliations across funds and custodian
Validate Cash movements related to – Drawdowns, Interest Payments, Principal repayments, fees and expenses, borrowing activities
· Loan Reconciliation
Reconcile loan positions between – Portfolio Management Systems, Loan servicers, Fund Administrators, Agent Banks
Verify – Outstanding principal, Accrued Interest, Commitment balances, Funding obligations, Amortization schedule
· Break Investigation & Control
Research reconciliation breaks
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify root causes
Track outstanding breaks and ensure timely closures
Escalate material discrepancies appropriately
· Reporting & Control
Produce reconciliation reports and exception dashboards
Maintain operational controls and procedures
