Training & Selection Process
To ensure complete alignment with the rigorous safety, technical, and operational standards of the Delhi Metro Project, all shortlisted candidates will undergo a mandatory 2-Month Technical and Training Program.
Training Phase:
Duration: First 2 months from the date of joining.
Compensation: Candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend during this training period.
Focus Areas: Metro infrastructure protocols, specialized networking, electrical safety, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting frameworks.
Final Selection & Employment:
Candidates will be officially selected for the regular job role based on their performance and successful completion of the 2-month training program.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Project Execution: Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of technical systems mapped to the Delhi Metro network.
Technical Maintenance: Troubleshoot hardware, electrical modules, network routing, and computer systems on-site to ensure zero project downtime.
Operations Support: Work closely with cross-functional engineers to maintain system reliability, adhering strictly to DMRC infrastructure standards.
Documentation: Maintain precise daily logs of maintenance activities, system updates, and incident reports.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Education: B.Tech/ BCA/ B.Sc in (Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science)/ Diploma (Electrical, Electronics or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience (Desirable).
Preference: Prior hands-on experience in Metro, Infrastructure, Electrical, Industrial Networking, or Maintenance projects will be preferred.
