Role Description The MIS Systems Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Management Information Systems that support decision-making and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical and data-related issues, managing databases, and supporting network administration activities. The MIS Systems Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize information flows, and ensure data integrity and security. The role also involves documenting system configurations, providing user support and training, and recommending improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to design and manage data-driven solutions.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting, including diagnosing system, application, and data issues and implementing effective fixes.
Experience with Network Administration, such as monitoring network performance, maintaining connectivity, and ensuring secure access.
Hands-on experience with Databases, including database administration, query optimization, and data integrity management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Knowledge of ERP or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work independently on-site in Noida.
