What You Will Do:
Handle customer inquiries via chat and email in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve issues efficiently while providing accurate and detailed responses
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent support experience
Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
Experience in customer support for at least 1 year
Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
Technical support experience
