About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about human resources, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
Assist the HR team with onboarding activities and HR documentation.
