The Opportunity
Are you someone who knows a fabrication shop floor inside and out? We're looking for an Fabrication - Implementation Specialist to help our manufacturing customers successfully roll out and adopt the Novatro platform on the floor where it matters most.

This is a permanent full time position based in Rajkot
Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site and remote implementation of Novatro's platform at fabrication facilities
Work directly with floor operators, supervisors, and plant managers to configure the platform to real shop-floor workflows
Identify and troubleshoot practical adoption issues that only show up once the platform meets the actual floor
Act as the on-the-ground voice of the customer, feeding real operational insight back to product and engineering
Support training and go-live activities alongside the Training Manager and Customer Experience team
Travel to customer sites as required for implementation and support
Qualifications and Skills
Strong practical understanding of fabrication processes, shop floor operations, and how work actually gets done on the floor
Excellent problem-solving skills under real-world, sometimes messy operational conditions
Comfortable communicating with both floor operators and plant leadership
Level C1 or above English proficiency
Comfortable traveling to customer sites as needed
Experience and Skills Required
Direct hands-on experience in a fabrication environment is essential — floor instinct matters more here than formal software or implementation experience, which can be taught
Prior experience with process implementation, software rollout, or continuous improvement projects is a plus, but not required
Comfortable working with technology platforms even without a formal technical background
