About the role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant who can work directly with clients to design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions. This role is hands-on and client-facing, ideal for someone who can balance strong technical execution with a consulting mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
- Implement solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions
- Develop and integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and deployments
- Support requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and client demos
- Ensure best practices around security, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with functional consultants and architects
- Provide post-deployment support
Preferred Skills:
- 4–8 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows
- Experience with integrations and Salesforce security model
- Client-facing consulting experience
- Good communication and documentation skills
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Administrator (Preferred)
Work Model & Expectations:
Strong communication skills (client-facing capability is critical)
Prior experience handling both development and support activities
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
Stability and long-term commitment mindset (this is a strategic account)
Development + Production Support responsibilities
Mandatory weekend availability (on rotation)
