Role Description
We are looking for an experienced professional who combines strong business thinking, process analysis, systems analysis, and hands-on understanding of AI and automation.
This role is for someone who can take a business need, understand the current process in depth, identify pain points and opportunities, redesign the process, and translate it into a practical solution that combines the right mix of process change, information systems, automation, and AI.
We are not looking for someone whose goal is to “add AI” to every process.
We are looking for someone who knows how to determine what the business actually needs, redesign the way work gets done, and choose the right solution accordingly.
What you’ll do
Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual work, and improvement opportunities.
Lead Process Redesign and define future-state To-Be processes.
Determine the right solution mix: process change, existing systems, SaaS, workflow, automation, AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, custom development - or a combination of these.
Define business and functional requirements.
Create high-level and detailed functional specifications.
Work closely with AI Architects, developers, IT teams, vendors, and other technology experts to evaluate feasibility and design the right solution.
Lead Business-Technology Co-Design discussions, ensuring the future-state process is both valuable and technically viable.
Support implementation, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Lead client projects or workstreams and manage the day-to-day professional relationship with clients.
Facilitate workshops, status meetings, stakeholder discussions, and presentation of deliverables.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, or a similar role.
Proven experience in As-Is analysis, To-Be design, and Process Redesign.
Strong experience writing business requirements, functional requirements, high-level specifications, and detailed functional specifications.
Good understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and system architecture from a Business/System Analysis perspective.
Practical understanding of AI, GenAI, automation, and Agentic AI.
Ability to recognize when AI is the right solution - and when it is not.
Experience working with development teams, architects, IT, and external vendors.
Experience leading client-facing projects or workstreams.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, business, and systems thinking.
Excellent Hebrew and strong professional English.
Education
A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong advantage.
Relevant professional experience can substitute for formal education.
