Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our International BPO team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong training delivery skills, experience in the international customer service environment, and the ability to enhance employee performance through effective learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct new hire and refresher training programs for customer service associates.
Deliver process, product, soft skills, and communication training.
Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning content.
Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training solutions.
Track training effectiveness through audits, assessments, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training alignment with business requirements.
Maintain training records, reports, and attendance trackers.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer in an International BPO process.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
Experience in creating training modules and conducting classroom/virtual training sessions.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
Process training experience in Voice/Customer Service processes.
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
Analytical mindset with experience in training effectiveness measurement.
