Job Title - Lead Sales 3W Passenger Segment
Role:
'To lead and accelerate the Sales Volume & Market Share growth of the TVS 3W passenger business in international markets, by defining and executing robust Sales strategies, relevant promotional schemes, implementing & improving retail finance schemes through distribution & finance channels. The role is pivotal in driving market expansion, institutional and retail sales penetration, and building a strong customer and channel ecosystem across IB to drive a profitable volume growth.

Role Description:
·Sales Operations Management: Strategize sales performance across Regions, achieve the Annual Business Plans ensuring increase in Volumes and Market share as per yearly and monthly objectives. Devise Promotional schemes & Network incentives to ensure achievement of objectives.
Drive retail, wholesale, and secondary sales efficiency through strong process adherence and dealer engagement.
Partner with Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure demand forecasting accuracy and timely product availability.
Channel & Network Development
Strategically plan and expand the dealer and sub-dealer network in alignment with market potential and customer coverage requirements. Ensure trained manpower is in place in the sales network to reach the desired Volumes & M.S.
Evaluate and onboard new channel partners to ensure strong representation in key markets.
Strengthen dealer capability through structured engagement, regular training programs, performance management, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Customer & Market Insights
Track competitive activities, pricing, and market trends to identify business risks and opportunities.
Leverage data analytics and BI tools to drive informed sales decisions and performance visibility.
Ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through field feedback and corrective action.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with IB divisional teams, Marketing, Service and Product Planning teams to ensure seamless execution of business & Sales strategies.
Partner with the Service team to enhance customer experience and aftersales support.
Work closely with Finance on pricing, contribution increment, credit control, and dealer profitability management
Education
'MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing or related field (preferred)
Experience
'10-15 years of experience in Automobile Sales, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Exposure to 3W/LCV/EV business will be an added advantage
