About The Role
QHT Clinic is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Photographer cum Videographer to join our Creative and Marketing team. The role will involve creating high-quality visual content for our clinics, doctors, patients, treatments, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.
The ideal candidate should have a good eye for composition, lighting, framing, visual storytelling, and short-form video content, along with a strong interest in photography and videography.
Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photographs of doctors, staff, patients/models, clinic interiors, procedures, treatments, products, and events.
Shoot before-and-after photographs while following company guidelines and patient privacy requirements.
Record high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, social media, marketing campaigns, doctor content, and educational content.
Plan and execute photo and video shoots at clinics and other locations.
Handle cameras, lighting, tripods, microphones, backdrops, and other photography/videography equipment.
Coordinate with doctors, patients/models, content writers, graphic designers, and video editors during shoots.
Capture behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, interviews, clinic activities, and promotional content.
Assist with framing, lighting, camera angles, and shot composition during video shoots.
Perform basic photo and video editing, including cropping, colour correction, transitions, retouching, and optimisation.
Create social-media-ready photographs and videos in appropriate formats and dimensions.
Organise, rename, store, and maintain photography and video files systematically.
Assist the Creative Team with content concepts, references, mood boards, and shoot planning.
Maintain proper handling and care of photography and videography equipment.
Stay updated with current photography, videography, Reels, and social media content trends.
Support the Creative Team with other visual-content requirements as required.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of photography, composition, framing, exposure, and lighting.
Basic knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and photography equipment.
Basic understanding of videography, camera movements, framing, and lighting.
Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
Good visual sense and attention to detail.
Creativity and willingness to experiment with different photography and video styles.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work on-site and manage multiple shoot requirements.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced healthcare and creative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may apply.
Diploma/degree/course in Photography, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Film, Design, or a related field will be an advantage.
Personal, college, freelance, or social-media photography/videography portfolio will be preferred.
Experience creating Instagram Reels, short-form videos, or YouTube content will be an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who is creative, observant, responsible, eager to learn, and passionate about photography and videography, with the ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into engaging visual content.
