Your Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning of CNC machine tools and manufacturing systems at customer sites
Performing service, maintenance, and repair assignments
Electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on machines and production equipment,
Machine acceptance tests and functional inspections
Technical support and customer assistance on-site
Mechanical / Hydraulic /Pneumatic troubleshooting will be added advantage
Your Profile
Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
Experience in machine tools, automation, or industrial machinery is preferred
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and local language
Willingness to travel extensively across India and worldwide.
Required Technical Skills
Siemens SINUMERIK ONE, 840D Solution Line , and 840D Powerline
SINAMICS S120 drive systems
STEP 7 Classic and TIA Portal
PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and Safety Integrated
Troubleshooting of CNC, PLC, drive, and network systems
Electrical schematic reading and EPLAN knowledge
Independent machine commissioning and customer acceptance support
Trouble shooting of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic will be added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with FANUC CNC controls
Experience with Bosch Rexroth control and drive systems
Knowledge of retrofit, upgrade, and modernization projects
Key Competencies
SINUMERIK ONE, 840D SL, SINAMICS S120, STEP 7 Classic, TIA Portal, PROFINET, Safety Integrated, EPLAN, and international machine commissioning.
