We are looking for the second kind.
Enki Studio is looking for a Motion Designer & Video Storyteller who can take an idea, find its emotional centre and turn it into something worth watching ... and remembering.
You should be equally comfortable bringing type to life, building a visual world from scratch, cutting a reel that refuses to be scrolled past and using AI to create what conventional production cannot.
But software skills alone will not get you this job.
We need someone who thinks cinematically. Someone who understands composition, rhythm, framing, transitions, sound and the power of knowing exactly when to hold a shot for one second longer.
You should be skilled at:
Motion graphics
Kinetic typography
Social media reels and short-form videos
2D animation
AI-generated and AI-assisted video creation
Editing, pacing and visual transitions
Storyboarding and visualising concepts
Selecting and working with music, sound and voiceovers
Translating scripts and creative briefs into compelling films
More importantly, you should:
Be a storyteller before you are a software operator
Understand cinematic composition and visual language
Know how to build mood, tension, energy and emotion
Bring ideas to the table and not wait for every frame to be prescribed
Care about the smallest detail without losing sight of the larger story
Be curious about new tools, formats and ways of making films
Know when an effect adds meaning and when it is merely showing off
Be able to take feedback without taking the soul out of the work
You must have 3–5 years of relevant professional experience and a showreel that demonstrates both craft and thought.
Enki is not trying to become another content factory.
We are building a studio where design, technology, cinema and rebellion meet. Where even a fifteen-second reel deserves a point of view.
