Nephrologist

Manage complex acute and chronic renal disorders, including CKD, AKI, glomerular diseases and electrolyte disorders.
Provide expertise in hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and CRRT.
Manage renal patients in ICU and other critical-care settings.
Evaluate and manage patients requiring renal transplantation, including pre- and post-transplant care, where applicable.
Develop and strengthen Nephrology, Dialysis and Renal Critical Care services.
Work closely with Critical Care, Urology, Cardiology, Endocrinology and Internal Medicine teams.
Lead clinical protocols, quality initiatives and academic activities.
Mentor junior consultants and clinical teams.
Contribute to building the department's clinical practice, referral network and service lines.
Candidate Profile
MD/DNB in General Medicine with DM/DNB in Nephrology.
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in a reputed tertiary/quaternary-care hospital.
Strong clinical expertise in complex nephrology and dialysis management.
Experience in renal transplantation, CRRT or developing dialysis services will be an advantage.
Strong professional standing and referral network in Hyderabad/Telangana preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
