Role Description The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering activities across assigned projects, ensuring that technical requirements, schedules, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring progress against milestones, and resolving technical issues related to electrical and general engineering design. The role also involves preparing documentation, supporting procurement and installation activities, conducting site inspections, and assisting in testing and commissioning of systems. The Project Engineer will regularly communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to provide updates and align project objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee scope, schedule, resources, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Engineering experience with responsibility for technical coordination, design review, and implementation support.
Electrical Engineering knowledge, including familiarity with relevant standards, drawings, and basic calculations.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Proficiency with common project and engineering tools (e.g., MS Office, project scheduling software; CAD exposure is an advantage).
Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
Previous experience in industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects is preferred but not mandatory.
