Business Analyst (HRMS)
We're looking for a curious, analytical, and AI-first Business Analyst to help shape and enhance the Pocket HRMS product.
What You'll Do
Understand business problems and convert them into product requirements
Create process flows, user stories, and functional documents
Identify product gaps and enhancement opportunities
Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Support teams
Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and productivity
Strong Preference
2 - 5 yrs of relevant experience HRMS domain experience
Payroll, Attendance, Leave, or HR Operations knowledge
Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Implementation Consultants, Product Consultants, Support Specialists, Payroll Professionals, and HR Operations professionals looking to move into Product/BA roles
