Junior Project Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior project manager to coordinate and manage software development projects across full-stack development, Python, AI, and machine learning teams. The role involves project planning, progress tracking, risk management, and ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and understand project requirements, scope, and objectives from business development and clients.
Conduct project kick-off meetings and communicate requirements to technical teams.
Plan project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and monitor project execution across development teams.
Manage tasks, timelines, and progress through Zoho Projects or similar tools.
Track project status, identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, business teams, and technical teams.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and risk assessments to management.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Coordinate testing, deployment, and project closure activities.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and project management practices.
Experience managing software development projects involving full-stack, Python, AI, and machine learning technologies.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Related Field.
PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
