The Creative Collective (TCC) is a boutique brand strategy and creative agency based in Hyderabad. We work with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, hospitality, jewellery, wellness and design-led brands across brand strategy, identity, creative campaigns, content and visual storytelling.
We’re a small, senior-led team that believes in thoughtful ideas, strong design and work that feels distinctive rather than formulaic. Our projects range from building brands from the ground up to shaping campaigns, digital presence and ongoing visual communication for established businesses.

Graphic Designer — The Creative Collective
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and work across a range of branding, social media, campaigns and digital projects for our clients.
This role is suited to someone with a strong visual eye who can take a creative direction and translate it into thoughtful, well-executed design across different formats.
What you’ll be working on
Designing social media content, campaigns and digital communication
Developing layouts and visual systems for brands
Working on brand identity and branding applications
Creating campaign concepts and visual directions
Designing presentations, pitch decks and other client-facing materials
Adapting creative across different formats while maintaining consistency
Working closely with the creative, strategy and account teams
Participating in creative brainstorms and contributing ideas
Supporting photoshoots and campaign execution when required
Managing multiple projects and timelines while maintaining a high standard of work
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a creative studio/agency
Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
Good command of Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Figma is a plus
A strong and considered portfolio
Ability to work across different visual styles and brand personalities
Good attention to detail and a willingness to refine work
Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively
Someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Most importantly, a strong visual point of view and genuine interest in design
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Hyderabad. The role offers exposure to a wide range of brands and projects across fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, beauty, jewellery and design.
