Creative Designer (Graphic, Video & Motion)

Preferred Languages: Telugu / Tamil / Kannada/Malayalam (Any one regional Language + English)
Language Requirement: We are hiring designers proficient in one or more South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam). Candidates should be able to read, write, and design creatives in their respective regional language.
Preference will be given to candidates who can create social media creatives, motion graphics, and video content in regional languages.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer who can create engaging graphics, videos, motion graphics, and social media content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple formats, from static creatives to reels, promotional videos, and AI-assisted content production.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design
Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral.
Create brand-compliant visual assets for digital and print platforms.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns and advertisements.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
Produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
AI-Assisted Content Creation
Utilize AI tools to enhance design and video production workflows.
Generate creative assets, concepts, and visual content using AI platforms.
Stay updated with emerging AI design and video technologies.
Content & Social Media Support
Work closely with the marketing team to develop content for client campaigns.
Design creatives and videos optimized for engagement and lead generation.
Ensure timely delivery of content according to content calendars.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles and visual storytelling.
Experience creating motion graphics and animated content.
Knowledge of Canva and AI design tools is an added advantage.
Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Motion Graphics.
Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video projects.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
