🎯 What you’ll do
Independently validate GenAI solutions across accuracy, safety, robustness and compliance
Deep dive into prompt strategies, retrieval quality, guardrails, evaluation frameworks and monitoring
Identify hidden risks, challenge assumptions and uncover potential failure points before production deployment
Provide clear, independent risk opinions and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
🧠 Who we’re looking for
We are looking for professionals with 15+ years of experience and strong exposure to one or more of:
GenAI / LLMs / RAG / AI Agents
AI Model Risk Management or Model Validation
AI Governance and Responsible AI
Prompt Engineering, Embeddings and AI Evaluation
Risk, Controls and Governance in complex technology environments
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can think beyond checklists, challenge assumptions confidently and bring independent judgement to complex AI systems.
