We're Hiring: Sr. Civil Engineer (Industrial Projects)
Looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our project execution team and drive industrial construction projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Plan, monitor & track project schedules, budgets, and cash flow
🔹 Implement Quality Management Plans and ensure QA/QC compliance on site
🔹 Coordinate with contractors to keep execution on time, on budget & on quality
🔹 Lead weekly/monthly progress meetings covering cost, timeline, quality & HSE
🔹 Manage on-site civil, structural & fabrication works with strong safety standards
🔹 Prepare BOQ, BBS, rate analysis, and budget estimations
🔹 Support design team with constructability reviews to optimize cost, time & risk
🔹 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and flag risks early
🔹 Develop as-built drawings and maintain site documentation
Good to Have:
✅ AutoCAD skills for RCC & steel structure drawings
✅ Exposure to structural assessment & retrofitting
✅ Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 practices
