VMS Integration Engineer

Role: VMS Integration Engineer
Work Mode: Remote (Contract)
Experience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between VMS platforms such as Beeline / SAP Fieldglass and enterprise systems including HRMS, ERP, and Finance platforms.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Develop and manage data pipelines for workforce and vendor data synchronization.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with HR, Procurement, IT, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Maintain technical documentation for APIs, workflows, and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ 4+ years of experience in application integration / backend development
✅ Hands-on experience with Beeline and/or SAP Fieldglass
✅ Strong proficiency in Python for API development and integration
✅ Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Web Services
✅ Knowledge of middleware/integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar is a plus
✅ Understanding of HRMS, ERP, Procurement, or enterprise systems
✅ Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
✅ Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
✅ Good communication and stakeholder-management skill
