Senior Wordpress Developer

Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer who does more than just build websites. You will shape digital experiences by bridging design and development, turning Figma concepts into fast, responsive, and pixel-perfect WordPress sites. This role requires a strong problem solver who communicates clearly and builds with both users and performance in mind.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with high performance and scalability
Convert Figma and UI designs into fully functional WordPress themes and pages
Work extensively with Elementor to create dynamic and responsive layouts
Collaborate closely with UI and UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and responsiveness across devices
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong expertise in WordPress development including custom themes, plugins, and APIs
Advanced experience with Elementor page builder
Solid understanding of UI and UX principles and best practices
Proven ability to convert Figma designs into WordPress with pixel accuracy
Proficiency in PHP and familiarity with modern programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good understanding of website performance optimization and security
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and handle senior-level responsibilities
Nice to Have
Experience with WooCommerce
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Knowledge of SEO best practices
