Purpose
The Product Manager leads the strategy, roadmap, development, and adoption of products and capabilities
across the Modern Campus portfolio. This role partners closely with customers, engineering, design, data, AI,
go-to-market teams, and executive leadership to deliver innovative solutions that improve engagement,
operational efficiency, and student success outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer
needs.
Leverage customer feedback, market intelligence, competitive research, and product analytics to identify growth
opportunities.
Partner with UX, Engineering, Data, AI, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Own and prioritize the product backlog.
Define KPIs and success metrics and use data to drive decisions.
Drive product launches and change management activities.
Evaluate AI, automation, and emerging technology opportunities.
Act as the voice of the customer and subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
4+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or SaaS experience.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Higher education technology experience.
AI-enabled product experience.
Experience with product analytics tools.
CSPO or similar certification.

Our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hires for the position within the US and Canada. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
