As our loan book grows, we are investing in the reporting and compliance systems that support it.
About the role
We are seeking an MIS & Compliance Executive to manage our management reporting and compliance tracking function. The selected candidate will be accountable for the accuracy of the company's loan data and for ensuring that compliance obligations are met within prescribed timelines. The position reports directly to management and carries independent responsibility from the outset.
Key responsibilities
Maintain the company's loan tracking system and ensure data accuracy
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review
Maintain the compliance calendar and conduct documentation checks on loan files
Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures for recurring processes
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline
1–3 years of experience in MIS, operations or backend roles (freshers with exceptional Excel skills will be considered)
Advanced Excel — lookup functions, pivot tables, FILTER, conditional formatting, data validation. Candidates will complete a practical Excel assessment.
High accuracy and attention to detail on repetitive, data-heavy work
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi
Ability to work independently and follow through without supervision
Preferred
Prior exposure to NBFC, banking or financial services
Familiarity with loan lifecycle terminology — DPD, NPA classification, recovery processes
Working knowledge of Power Query or Google Sheets
