Key Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central (EC)
SuccessFactors configuration, business rules, workflows, and RBP
Employee data management and data migration
Experience with SuccessFactors integrations/APIs
Requirement gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
Knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals is a plus
SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
