*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer for Erection & Commissioning of Water Treatment Plants. The candidate will be responsible for complete on-site execution, erection, testing and commissioning of RO, UF, DM, WTP & STP plants.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Erection & Installation:* Supervise complete erection and installation of Water Treatment Plants - RO, UF, DM, WTP, STP.
2. *Commissioning:* Perform pre-commissioning checks, testing, trial runs, and final commissioning of plants at client sites.
3. *Site Management:* Handle complete site activities including manpower management, contractor coordination, and material reconciliation.
4. *Coordination:* Coordinate with design team, project manager, and client for smooth execution of project.
5. *Troubleshooting:* Attend and resolve breakdowns, operational issues and provide technical support during O&M phase.
6. *Documentation:* Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress reports (DPR), commissioning reports, checklists, and handover documents.
7. *Safety & Quality:* Ensure all work is carried out as per safety norms and quality standards.
8. *Training:* Provide operational training to client's operators after commissioning.
*Required Skills & Expertise:*
- Must have hands-on experience in Erection & Commissioning of *RO, UF, DM, WTP, STP* plants.
- Strong knowledge of P&ID, process flow, pumps, piping, instrumentation and electrical integration.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across Pan India and Overseas for project assignments.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
