Responsibilities
The Senior BPM Engineer is responsible for overseeing the development, integration, testing, and deployment of BPM solutions. Key responsibilities include:
Writing code and analyzing data to contribute to the design and implementation of software.
Managing junior developers and overseeing BPM and workflow-related projects.
Utilizing BPM analytics to measure process performance and recommend changes.
Collaborating with stakeholders to map and document optimized workflows.
Maintaining technical documentation for BPM applications and integrations.
Ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
