JOB DESCRIPTION – DATA CONSULT
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Consult to support our Belgium-based operations. The role involves data processing, report preparation, and routine administrative and accounting support.
Key Responsibilities
Process test results and other data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
Prepare reports based on the processed data.
Register purchase and sales invoices in the relevant systems.
Create customer orders and prepare, verify, and send sales invoices to customers with high accuracy.
Maintain proper records and ensure data and documents are accurate.
Communicate with the Belgium team regarding data, orders, invoices, and related queries.
Perform other related administrative and accounting support tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Basic computer and Excel skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to follow procedures, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Previous experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
