Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of US IT Recruiters
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for critical requirements
Coordinate directly with US clients and hiring managers
Ensure quality submissions and quick closures
Drive team performance, productivity, and hiring success
Required Skills
Strong experience into Client acquistion, Having clients and team handling exposure.
Strong experience into US IT Recruitment and US tax terms.
Proven team leadership and delivery experience
Expertise in ATS, Job Boards, Internal Database & Social Media sourcing
Good understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, Java/.NET, ERP, DevOps, etc.)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
