TEST SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for VisionPLUS Cards applications.
Validate card lifecycle processes including account setup, card issuance, authorizations, billing, statements, payments, and collections.
Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Execute testing across VisionPLUS modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMx, and related interfaces.
Identify, log, track, and support resolution of defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with business, development, and offshore/onshore stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and release activities.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in VisionPLUS Cards testing.
Strong understanding of Credit Card and Payments domain.
Experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
Ability to analyze transaction flows and troubleshoot defects.
Knowledge of SQL and test management/defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience working in banking environments, preferably HSBC/cards domain.
Knowledge of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and end-to-end card processing
