The Marketing team hosts the storytellers of adjoe’s innovation. We turn complex adtech solutions – rooted in data and strategy – into compelling stories that resonate across the mobile advertising industry and beyond. Through our events, visual design, and strategic content, we take adjoe’s vision at the intersection of technology, user engagement, and marketing and make it tangible. Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record in a senior design role. 5+ years of Design background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment. You have hands-on experience executing and applying established brand identities across global touchpoints. Reporting directly to the Design Lead, you will impact the new brand vision to life every day.
- Global execution is your standard. You are a hands-on practitioner who thrives in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, leading by example in daily asset production. You maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every visual asset meets exact brand standards across all marketing channels globally (Americas, EMEA, and APAC). From major international event booth graphics to localized digital performance assets, you ensure flawless presentation down to the pixel.
- Turns business narratives into design that sells. You work closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content to translate commercial objectives into design that does more than look good — it tells the story adjoe is selling. You understand the difference between a beautiful asset and an effective one, and you consistently deliver both. Design at adjoe is a commercial function, not a finishing layer.
- Maintains scalable design systems. You build, organize, and maintain reusable design templates, component libraries, and asset management systems. This streamlines daily production and empowers regional teams, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to produce on-brand materials efficiently.
- Versatile execution portfolio. Your work demonstrates exceptional technical craftsmanship and design precision across web and digital touchpoints, corporate presentations, event spaces, data visualizations, and performance marketing assets.
