The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day to day supervision, operations and efficient functioning of the facility and its engineering services, including coordination of preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervision of technical personnel and service agencies, and ensuring uninterrupted functioning of all essential utilities and services.
Responsibilities
HT and LT electrical installations and distribution systems
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
Hydropneumatics water distribution systems
IT infrastructure and related facilities
ELV systems
Electrical and mechanical services associated with large facilities
Qualifications
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
15+ years' of hands on experience in operation and maintenance of hospitality establishment/ IT facility or large campuses which are continuously operational.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive nature and a go-getter
