Brand Designer

We're looking for a Brand Designer to join us at MoroMaa, here in Mumbai.
We are India's First Authentic Moroccan beauty brand trying to build a whole new M Beauty category in India around Hammam rituals.
We're a small team, so things move fast, and you'll be working directly with the founder & the brand designer on how MoroMaa looks everywhere people see it.
To be honest, this isn't a role where you get a brief and go away to execute it. We'd rather you take a rough idea and run with it.
Day to day, you'd be doing things like
Social media creatives across platforms, product packaging design, banners and standees for events, and decks for partnerships.
A few things that would make you stand out
2+ years of design experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, FMCG or D2C
A good eye for premium, luxury design
Comfort with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva. Procreate and AI tools are a bonus
Being okay with a small team and not a lot of hand-holding
The role is on-site in Mumbai, 6 days a week.
