Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Aurangabad. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role involves building and maintaining data models, performing statistical and trend analyses, and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions. The Data Analyst will interpret findings, prepare clear presentations or summaries, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include identifying data quality issues, proposing improvements to data processes, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into analytical tasks.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and applied statistical methods.
Candidates should possess expertise in Data Modeling and database or data warehouse concepts.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for explaining complex data insights.
Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an on-site environment is important.
Experience translating business problems into analytical questions and providing actionable recommendations is an advantage.
