Role : Sitecore Architect.
Must have : · 7+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore 9.x · Experience with all aspects of Sitecore development and deployment · Experience with SXA, Helix · Experience on Sitecore MVC, Search solutions, Unicorn · Experience with Sitecore on Azure, · Experience on Devops with Sitecore · Must have performed role of a Technical Architect for a Sitecore implementation program · Must be able to design solutions with Sitecore and engage effectively in discussion of solution with client · Capable of leading a team of developers for Sitecore implementations from scratch · Experience with Sitecore Analytics, Personalization, Goals · Must have excellent communication skills · Must possess thought leadership and strong analytical thinking · Strong foundational experience in ASP.NET.
Good to have : · Exposure to other CMS products · Knowledge/ Experience with Agile methodologies, Analytics · Sitecore MVP.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Design Sitecore solutions in line with best practices for user stories
2 Interaction with Customers & their architects on solutioning, Sitecore architecture etc
3 Work with the team on any technical blocker they face
4 Guides team and review team’s work for Sitecore best practices, Helix, SXA leverage
